Director
The founder and director of Kingsman Realty, Terence Tan Chuan Soon, has a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Nottingham. After realising the business opportunities in the real estate industry, he decided to change his career path and become a real estate agent.
In 2018, he was awarded the All Star Negotiator Award by StarProperty, which recognised him as a top negotiator across Malaysia. StarProperty also awarded him the Developer’s Preferred Negotiator Award, which is nominated by many property developers and recognises him as the best negotiator who has shown exceptional performance in selling new projects. He is also voted and awarded as StarPropertyTop Voted Negotiator Award where the public act as judges and vote for the top leaders in the market. Again in 2021, Terence once again won three awards from the StarProperty for Kingsman as an agency – they are Rising Star Award, Developer Preferred Award and Business Continuity Award.
In addition, Terence has been awarded the Top 100 Most Influential Young Entrepreneur Award, which recognises bold, creative and innovative young Malaysian entrepreneurs who are setting the benchmark for Malaysia’s entrepreneurship.
Under his compassionate leadership, he led the champion team – Real Empire – and broke the record of $10 million annual commission with the team. In a short time, he successfully expanded his career and started his own company Real Estate Agency – Kingsman Realty Sdn. Bhd.
